The support team is very helpful and are most of the time online or will get back to you within an hour. Very patient in guiding us throough trouble shooting. Highly recommended to manage delivery and pick up with different rates.

The support team is knowledgable and understanding of my needs. They are always available and willing to help. It is defiantly the best app for pickup and delivery. It is also super user friendly and easy to learn. 10/10 recommend.

Great custom features with this app that Shopify doesn't offer and app support is quickly available and patient with any troubleshooting!

The customer service is amazing, well above 5 stars! Lokesh was patient and walked me through every question & scenario I had, which totaled about 1.5-2 hours. He provided clear instructions with some humor. Couldn't thank him enough for his expertise!

Such an amazing team. Every time I need help I am assisted straight away. The app is easy to use, practical, user friendly and looks great. Honestly the Bird team as so incredibly helpful and I appreciate everything they do! I will continue to use them with all of my other clients.

One of the best customer support. I've tried other apps but this one is no doubt one of the most responsive customer support I ever experience. There are also instances that their technical team help me on some problems even not related to their app feature. I really appreciate their willingness to help. Also open for suggestions on improving their features.

Lokesh was so helpful setting up the app. The customer service is top notch, Lokesh went an extra mile and helped setting the app as well as adjust my Shopify settings. The app provides convenient calendar picker for delivery and pick up, perfect for florists like our shop. So happy!
