Strongly recommend Bird. The app was the best for my store. The support is excellent. If you catch a snag in set up, the team will help guide you to the finish line.

It's a great app that works seamlessly on my store. Moreover, I want to thank the whole support team who have assisted me in my every query and customising things to suit my needs. They are quick with their response and provide solutions. I highly recommend this app

I spent so much time on two other delivery apps and encountered a problem at the Checkout. I am so glad I switched to Bird Delivery App. I encountered the same issue which I got to know is related to Shopify. However, the tech support at Bird was super helpful and solved my problem. I worked with Nitin, he send me a Collaborator request and once I approved him, he managed to solve my long lasting problem in seconds. It was so helpful and crucial to my business. Nitin went beyond and even helped me chose another app to help me with delivery route optimization. Here is my idea, you will encounter problems and limitation with apps and services, especially if you are building something specific to your business needs. It's the tech support that changes the game. I highly recommend this app, they have your back!

This app changed our whole business. Not only is the app amazing and does exactly what is says but the customer service is the best I have received. Customer agents know what they are talking about, they answer fast and are very helpful. Thanks so much for making our business even better!

Really helpful team. Have used their live chat within Shopify a few times now to help fix things, every time they get things back up and running. Really good app too! We need to offer just in store pick up with a calendar of times for customers to book collection slots in and it works a dream. Would highly recommend.

I used the chat feature to ask about the scheduling calendar on the order page. I received another quick response and they even edited my cart so the view was what I was looking for. Love this app!
