We needed an app where customers can schedule their pick up date and time (Even on the same day as soon as 15minutes) after their order. This app is great for pick up and also delivery. The customer support is highly responsive and helps with the app customizations we need. We are using the paid version and will continue as the customer support greatly helps us

Great app and even better service! Our business has various restrictions due to alcohol sales, and because we are a small, scrappy team, we've needed a little more hands on support. The team responds quickly and is extremely helpful. We are thankful for the support, and definitely recommend this app.

We’ve been using the Bird Pickup Delivery app and couldn’t be happier with it. The product itself is fantastic—clean, reliable, and packed with the features we need to streamline our local delivery operations. But what really sets Bird apart is their customer support. It’s truly next level. Recently, we needed some changes to our order notifications, but our developer was unavailable. We reached out to support expecting some instructions—and instead, Niraj from their team went ahead and made the changes for us. Problem solved, no back-and-forth needed. This isn’t a one-off experience either. Every single time we’ve contacted support, they’ve been responsive, efficient, and incredibly helpful. They don’t just respond quickly—they solve problems. A+ product. A++ support. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. September 16, 2025 Update: The support these guys provide is not a one-off. They continue to amazing me on how quickly they respond to a chat message, jump in to address a problem and fix the problem. Seriously other apps should learn from these folks. We have run into issues (sometimes created by us), and they ALWAYS are there to help resolve problems. Thanks Anmol for your most recent help. You're amazing!

I was so thankful for Bird's quick response when customers were able to select in store pick up for orders that needed to be shipped. They were able to resolve it quickly and we were back up and running properly within an hour.

I have recently downloaded this app. I needed to be able to offer Shipping, Local Delivery and pickup with different dates, times and order limits for each different option and this app not only offers those functions, but the amount of other settings, restrictions & pricing that i can apply to each option is amazing. The functionality far exceeds other date picker apps i have researched and this has given us the ability to set up our delivery options exactly as i need. The help from the team i have received during set up has been fantastic. I would definitely recommend this app.

This team helped me extensively while setting up our in- store pick up feature. All who contributed were very patient, thorough and responsive. Now that its been up and running, its been seamless for our team to use. Highly highly recommend this app and this team!

This app worked really well for a while until it didn't. Once I upgraded to the paid version I had nothing but issues. It would rarely work to let customers click pickup. I reached out to get it fixed and every time I would get a reply I would follow what they said and would think it’s fixed but I was wrong. Everytime I would reply to email I would be speaking with someone new every single time and finally got pissed with how many calls I was receiving to place orders because my website wasn’t working. After the last couple weeks going back and fourth I decided to go with another company.
