This app has been critical for our customer experience. We are new to Shopify and also don't have a lot of technical website knowledge and the Bird team have been so responsive and helpful. Very happy with the app and the level of support from the team.

Great app. Easy to set up and looks good on my store. It's really easy to add info on the Thank you page and order page. I ran into a snag. They have an excellent video that shows how to customize your email templates, however my templates are heavily customized and I couldn't figure it out. They did it for me in a few minutes. Way above and beyond!

They helped me with a problem that I had been trying to solve for quite a while. And my advisors solved it in like 15 minutes. So the lesson we've learned here today is ask for help. You don't always have to do things yourself. I really appreciate all the help and advice that I Received today.

This is an incredible app. It is simple to use and implement. Has all the features I need. The best part is the team that is very dedicated to customer support when dealing with Shopify integration. Could not recommend them enough.
