I just became a customer and they have already gone above and beyond helping me set up Bird. They even helped me with a shopify issue I spent hours on by myself. Definitely recommend!

This is an incredible app. It is simple to use and implement. Has all the features I need. The best part is the team that is very dedicated to customer support when dealing with Shopify integration. Could not recommend them enough.

This application meets my needs. Customers must be able to choose a delivery date and time. The support team helped me configure the app according to my requirements.

This is the *only* pickup app on the entire app store that allows me to add local pickup to my website without also adding a "choose your shipping date" option. I don't want customers to choose a shipping date, that makes little sense for most ecommerce businesses. Yet every other app makes you do that if you need the pickup option as well. The app deserves 5 stars for that alone, and I've used it for about a year now with no issues. I needed the help of support today on an unrelated issue, and they solved 2 days of stress in literal seconds. Flawless app and incredible team of support behind it. Thank you so much.

Professional, kind, patient and ever-so helpful! I really appreciate that this team [also] has a free plan with good features, for growing businesses, like mine. Niraj, Lokesh and Nitin have all been GREAT and patient in helping me to understand and make sense of how their app works for my business needs. Some similar apps can be overwhelming but this app keeps it simple. I feel comfortable using it and if I happen to need any assistance, help is available rather quickly, via chat. Honestly, I would suggest Bird Pickup Delivery Date to anyone! I've explored similar apps, but this teams customer service skills outweigh any other "competition" in my opinion. This team understands what providing GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE means, so I'm sticking with them! Keep up the GREAT work guys!

Support team was incredibly fast and helpful. This app is highly configurable and was able to accomplish several things I couldnt get to work in any of the other pickup/delivery apps (and I tried about 5 of the top rated ones... this one is easily the best)

Amazing support. I was having issues with my store, and support solved it quickly. I would recommend this app for anyone who values support and needs to offer store pickup, delivery, and/or shipping. Allow the team to walk you through it when you install it, and you won't have any issues.
