I'm blown away by how quick and helpful the customer care team is. I needed a calendar feature that could be tailored to my different pick up locations and this app provided that and so much more! I reached out via the chat feature when i found a glitch during check out. The customer support and help i received from Lokesh was fantastic! He was efficient, friendly and went above and beyond helping me with way more then just what i initially asked for help with. The support alone is worth the app purchase, Thanks again!

Tech support is the best! I use the free version of Bird while I build my business and tech support still took much time and effort to help me with some coding issues.

the customer service is explicit. i've experienced some problems with a bug (with shopify itself!) and the team has been extremely helpful. Immediately reacts and goes out of their way to help out and find solutions. Right now everything works perfectly and I'm so happy that I got this app! the only thing I would like Shopify to do, is fix the bug so pickups can be enabled on both the app and shopify. Besides that it's amazing. And again, the app itself has nothing to do with this. Works perfect with Google calendar, mails, orders for pick-up or delivery... love it!

Great little app where customer's can pick there pick and delivery days. Gives my customer a lot of flexibility and customization when it comes to there oder. Easy to manage order especially with the order calendar. it organises orders in the order of the earliest delivery/pick up dates. The customer service is great. Quick response and very open to go the extra mile to make sure we get what we asked for.

Just had the most amazing experience with the customer service as I needed help setting everything up. Very patience and capable service which did not took hours. immediately you can chat with a person and not a bot. I am very satisfied and ready to crush the orders !
