I really can't say enough great things about this app. They are very quick to reply to support issues and always willing to help and see the issue through to the solution. Their subscription system is tiered so you start out with a free tier that gives you 70% functionality (and 95% of the essential functions) and as you make more sales, they charge you more, which is really really nice and very refreshing (normally you are charged $60+/month with no other options). Their interface is easy to understand and navigate and there are a ton of options that allow you to work-around anything you would run into. Thanks again for providing such a great app!

This app is absolutely incredible! I’ve been searching for a solution for my e-commerce business, which also has three retail locations, and needed an app that could handle pickup, delivery, and shipping all in one and get email notifications to each location for my staff. This app is perfect and was so easy to set up. Also, the customer service was incredible, he answered my questions and fixed any issue I was having. I definitely recommend this app.

Nitin and the help team at Bird have been great - they were able to help out by solving an issue that I was really struggling with. They took the stress out of a very stressful situation! Keep up the good work :)

I got very quick help with resolving a bug during set up. I haven't used the app in a live environment yet, but given the positive experience so far, I'm expecting good things!

I asked the team to change the fonts in the date and delivery time selection field, as well as modify the borders around the windows. They did it within just a few hours. Huge thanks to them—the support is fantastic. Highly recommend!

Ive been needing an app like this for a long time and finally I have it in my shop! installing was a breeze and the help with my questions were quick and thoroughly answered. :) Truly happy with this new app, now that I don't have to redirect my customers to another app for scheduling pickup. Thank you!
