Great app. Easy to set up and looks good on my store. It's really easy to add info on the Thank you page and order page. I ran into a snag. They have an excellent video that shows how to customize your email templates, however my templates are heavily customized and I couldn't figure it out. They did it for me in a few minutes. Way above and beyond!

This is one of the best apps I have used in over 50 + website projects on Shopify. The team at BirdChime is super quick to assist with any questions or help you might need regarding the app. I highly recommend using BirdChime!

They helped me with a problem that I had been trying to solve for quite a while. And my advisors solved it in like 15 minutes. So the lesson we've learned here today is ask for help. You don't always have to do things yourself. I really appreciate all the help and advice that I Received today.

This is an incredible app. It is simple to use and implement. Has all the features I need. The best part is the team that is very dedicated to customer support when dealing with Shopify integration. Could not recommend them enough.

This application meets my needs. Customers must be able to choose a delivery date and time. The support team helped me configure the app according to my requirements.

This is the *only* pickup app on the entire app store that allows me to add local pickup to my website without also adding a "choose your shipping date" option. I don't want customers to choose a shipping date, that makes little sense for most ecommerce businesses. Yet every other app makes you do that if you need the pickup option as well. The app deserves 5 stars for that alone, and I've used it for about a year now with no issues. I needed the help of support today on an unrelated issue, and they solved 2 days of stress in literal seconds. Flawless app and incredible team of support behind it. Thank you so much.
