We've been using this app for over a year and it's great. Shopify's pickup in store option is less than perfect so we went with the Genie app and it has worked great for us. And the customer service is awesome!

Excellent customer service. The creator took the time to help make a custom change to my confirmation e-mails, which I greatly appreciated. This app does exactly what it says.
