We weren't actually able to use the app because we're not on Shopify Plus, and apparently we can't add anything to checkout. Regardless, Ali was very helpful and I would recommend the app just based on his excellent customer service.

The app itself was wonderful and would get 5 stars, but they just sent an email and gave users 4 days to accept their new monthly charge. I'm irritated the developer did not give us adequate time to find alternatives or notify our customers they would no longer have the option to pick up. Sadly, my store is very small in revenue and $5/mo does eat into my margins as an emerging 3 month old brand.

Had a problem with the side cart loading on my website, so I emailed the support team for help. The founder was super kind and helpful and got back to me within a day and fixed the problem. Would 100% recommend.

Ali spent several hours doing custom coding for me to ensure the app works exactly how I need it to. I'm an artisan bakery without a storefront, and I needed a way to give my customers multiple pickup options based on the different farmers markets I do. Highly recommend this app if you need that as well!

Ali is very helpful, understood my requests and provided solutions/ reflect the results on my website instantly. Not pushy at all when it comes to services at require additional charge and costs was transparent before proceeding.
