Ali was amazing to work with. I was having technical issues with my Genie Store Pickup app, and he helped troubleshoot everything and get it fully back on track. This app has all the features that we felt were missing from Shopify's pickup option - such as order limits, date and time selections etc. I had a minor issue that meant I needed to reach out to customer service. Ali was super helpful and resolved my issue super quickly. Thanks so much!
