Genie Store Pickup

The app hasn't been working correctly for weeks now. I loved it at first, but now customers have been able to select pickup dates I originally blacked out. Unfortunately I had to switch apps since the main feature I need to work doesn't work anymore. Original review: Ali spent several hours doing custom coding for me to ensure the app works exactly how I need it to. I'm an artisan bakery without a storefront, and I needed a way to give my customers multiple pickup options based on the different farmers markets I do. Highly recommend this app if you need that as well!

This shows as free here on the app store. IT IS NOT FREE! It asks you to commit to a cost of $6.99 a month before you can even test out the app. No thanks. I'll find another app that I can at least test out first.

I've had a recurring issue with the app that seems like it should be simple to fix and after two months of going back and forth with a sometimes responsive team (they forgot about my ticket twice), the problem is still unresolved. I wish I could write a good review, but in my experience the app is unhelpful and I would caution others.

Deinstallation did not work, still some remaing assets which are slowing down my page extremly. Waiting now for CS to help. -------------------------------------- Here Genie CS's update what to do: "Please follow the following steps to make sure that everything is deleted out from your store: 1) Remove the {% include 'genie-store-pickup' %} line from your Layout > theme.liquid file. 2) Remove the line from your Sections > cart-template.liquid file. 3) Delete the Snipets > genie-store-pickup.liquid file. 4) Delete the Assets > genie-storepickup.scss file. 5) Delete the Assets > genie-storepickup.js file. 6) Delete the Assets > genie-storepickup-vender.js file. 7) Delete the Locales > en-GP.json file.
