Genie Store Pickup

Very happy with this app, it has streamlined our pick up orders significantly. Assistance from the app developers has been quick and helpful. Highly recommend!

We've been using this app for over a year and it's great. Shopify's pickup in store option is less than perfect so we went with the Genie app and it has worked great for us. And the customer service is awesome!

This app works very well and I feel that it is very user friendly. All the guides make it easy to understand how to use it and what the settings need to be. We often use it for pick-up for our special occasion food sales at our restaurants and it makes it easy and convenient for us to be able to organize our pick-ups and pace them out. When we have had occasions where it doesn't seem to be working, Ali has always been quick to respond within 24 hours, listen to the issue, and go in and fix it, all while letting us know what happened and letting us know how to prevent any errors in the future. I highly recommend this app.
