We were actually using another app for pickups but it does not have the flexibility like the Genie Store Pickup app. The app is very well thought off, and the developer is very helpful. It was easy to navigate and very good app to use.

This app covers the needs for a Click & Collect based store. We've experienced some problems after installing it, but developers helped us quickly and effective. Very reccomended.

Fantastic help from Ali in setup, very happy and only a day in using the app. Have tested it and its very straightforward for customer ux and background admin.

Ali was very kind and helped me with some troubleshooting and customization upon installation in a short timeframe which I deeply appreciated. The App works great for my shop's needs and is easy to use on the backend. Thanks again! Update - they continue to be responsive to helping troubleshoot issues and customize as needed. Their timeliness and willingness to help is always appreciated. Very good customer service.

I just started using this app and so far, it's been great! The support team helped me set up pickup-only for my cakes, while I also have shipping for cookies and other extras. And they did it free of charge! Very glad I changed to this app! Thank you!!

Just started using the app. Set up was quite easy, needed some help with a pickup-only setting. Support did it for me in under a week free of charge. Im very happy that I stumbled upon this. I can recommend it for anyone having a pickup Store. Cheers

Initially used a paid app for store pickup which worked fine but was expensive. Switched to Genie Store pickup which offers all the same functionality and is free. I did have a few issues setting up - but my store uses a non standard template. The genie support team help and hot it sorted quickly. Would strongly recommend this app.

This is a great app with great support! Easy to use and easy to manage. Only app I could find to force Shopify to allow pick up at my van pick up locations. Love it!

Fast response time and they also helped me fix an issue I had of my customer's not receiving their pickup location / pick up date in their emails.. I highly recommend this app. It made my website allow for pickups at different locations and allows them to choose their pick up time and date which is really helpful.

This application is essential if you want to set up a pickup order function. Support is fast and very accurate. Very clear instructions on how to set it up. I can fully recommend it.

UPDATE: Team got back to me and found a solution! This app is VERY useful for our store. Their customer service is also exceptionnel. We have had to make many adjustments to fit our needs exactly how we want it to and they are responding super quick and doing all the little twerks to customise it for us. Definitely recommend!!
