I feel this app is going to work really well for us. We are a farm that delivers product to 3 different locations once a month for our customers to pick up their products. This app allowed me to set up those options and have customers choose which location they wanted to pick up at. Customer service was very helpful. Much appreciated. Thank you.

Great app. Works way better than the last one we were using. Great options for flexibility with settings. Wonderful customer service. We had some issues at set up from our previous app that they were able to help correct with us even though it was not caused by their app. Very happy to pay for this app for it's benefit to our store.

Great app! Works well for the purpose we have for picking up cakes and for customers to be able to choose a pick up day and time. It took a while to get all the settings right as we had very special requests, but this was all resolved thanks to very helpful service. We are very grateful for this and we are so happy with everything!

I researched about 20 apps to provide click and collect functionality on my store and found this one to be the best fit for my needs. It's not over complicated in the UX, easy to setup, very competitively priced and best of all the support is fantastic. I ran the app successfully for several months then I had an issue after installing another app. Ali helped me troubleshoot the issue and even wrote some different code to help try and get the two apps running together (they were clashing due to the way the checkout works, no fault of Store Pickup at all). Genie apps was the best fit for what we needed, and then they helped us customize the app for our store to be exactly what we needed. We wanted to be able to create time slots of different lengths, and they are currently helping us to set this up.
