I researched about 20 apps to provide click and collect functionality on my store and found this one to be the best fit for my needs. It's not over complicated in the UX, easy to setup, very competitively priced and best of all the support is fantastic. I ran the app successfully for several months then I had an issue after installing another app. Ali helped me troubleshoot the issue and even wrote some different code to help try and get the two apps running together (they were clashing due to the way the checkout works, no fault of Store Pickup at all). We wanted to be able to create time slots of different lengths, and they are currently helping us to set this up. This app has really helped us serve our customers, especially through the pandemic this past year. Easy to use once implemented, and the customer service is really responsive and helpful.

I needed an app for customers to choose a pickup date and time at the store. The founder of the app was very helpful and quickly replied to my questions. He set up the pickup date calendar in French and also made it mandatory for the customer to chose a pickup date before checking out. I highly recommend this app.

Used this app but had a few issues. And while developing my store had several issues which the support helped solve. I usually do not write a review, however this one earned it!

I have used this app over the holidays and appreciate being able to specifically choose pick up times customers have available to choose from. I am doing another local promotion and things have changed in my theme and I couldn't get it to show up again. On a Saturday afternoon I emailed support and within less than an hour it was fixed and working. INCREDIBLE customer support! This was REALLY helpful too since I can only post in one local groups on a certain day of the month and was hoping to do so with everything working. BEYOND expectations and very appreciated.

Installation was very smooth and when I had a suggestion for offering discounts for pick-up orders, the developer helped us out by adding that feature to our installation. Very responsive and professional. Update December 6, 2022 App continues to be great and the customer service from the developer is top notch. He should be commended for offering such a compelling option in the app store.
