This app is extremely useful for identifying friction points and easily reviewing key information across your website’s sales funnel. It gives you clear visibility into how users interact with your site and helps uncover opportunities to improve conversions. Beyond the product itself, the support team is outstanding—fast, responsive, and genuinely helpful. After a recent update, we noticed that one of the features we regularly used was no longer available. We reached out to support via email, and within just a few hours they re-enabled the feature for us. Excellent tool and an even better support experience. Thank you very much!

Storeview is quite useful for "at-a-glance" activity on our storefront. An extra click opens up the customers journey which shares the journey (path of the customers click) taken from start to finish. Thanks!

StoreView has helped our business learn more about our customer journeys and tracking pages visited by our site users. This information has been great not only for our marketing efforts but also customer service for site issues or potential fraud situations. The StoreView team has also been very helpful with our customer traffic questions and making recommendations.

It is a really good app and helps me a lot to better understand customer behavior and thus optimize the shop.

Really good app. Allows us to see in real time where customers are on our site, what stage during the basket to checkout they are at. It allows us to learn more about what their visiting, what items they got to checkout but didn't convert, allowing us to measure, tweak and improve the site etc.

This has been the most helpful app I've installed on my store. I've been able to see paths where users are browsing and have actually recovered a few carts that weren't captured by my marketing automations. Thanks to the StoreView team for making a great product at an accessible price!

Great app that allows you to see customer journey. I do like the page that show you conversion rates for each product all on one way to view screen. Very helpful stuff

Storeview has become such a vital app for the store. No need to run reports to get a live update on visitor behaviour, what is being added to cart, reached checkout and also products viewed. Quick and easy to view especially on mobile
