We use this app every day and find the information we get from it very useful. It has helped us understand how our customers use the checkout process and enabled us to fix a few problems we had with our cart.

It doesn't work well. Today I have more than twenty add to cart and app record five. I put product to cart, and app didn't record me. Support to my question, didn't receive any.
Hey Milan, I have been trying to reach out to you today repeatedly. Can you please share an alternate email address with us as our replies aren’t going through to you. We reply within less than 10 hours of every support request that we receive, if not instantly. There is an issue with your store that might be impacting some of the apps and themes that you have installed. If you could please give me a secondary email address that I can use to reach out to you, I will be able to provide more details.

Great simple but effective app. While some apps are trying to do too much, StoreView is focused and addresses a specific need (at an affordable price). Standard Shopify reports don't tell you who and what has been added to carts, so you have to have this 3rd party app. In my case, I often review this app and then follow up with users if I can. Support has been great as well, as Steve is super responsive. StoreView also added a feature that lets me see exactly where customers are coming from. Looking forward to more analytics and ways to improve sales.

I use this app to get a "quick glance" reflection on how much store is doing and to help see what has been lost .

Very useful app to help me understand which products my customers are putting into their carts. The support team are very, very helpful and super responsive. Highly recommend!

We love StoreView! For a low-price, I get to see exactly what's happening live on our site! I love to watch it after we send out an email or after one of our live videos points people to our site!

Neat little app shows you what item customers have placed in the cart and follows them on their journey. Great to watch where they stopped too in case they left without completing their order. Gives you a quick view as opposed to having to look up analytical reports.

StoreView is great for getting an insight into what visitors to your store are looking for and allows you to tailor individual offers to potential customers, great work Steve.

We have been using StoreView since the early days of our site. The insights offered have helped drive a lot of development decision making. The developers are continually rolling-out improvements, and we look forward to seeing what other functionally they bring.

there are no issues with the app. it is nice to see what is happening in your store. the app only shows when someone adds to cart, checkout.

We've been using StoreView for a few weeks now and we have found it very helpful. It gives us information we don't get anywhere else and it is clear and concise in its presentation. It helps us to fine tune products which make it to checkout but which don't complete. Very helpful :)

Does exactly what it says it will. This is the only app that I'm aware of that can track user engagement within the checkout area. Other apps I've tried were 1. extremely expensive and 2. stopped tracking after customer added to cart. Its a little glitchy but hit refresh a couple times and it ends up displaying properly.
