We have 3k+ retail locations and this app allows our customers to search and find a store easily. We had a hiccup recently (on our end- switching URLs) and the tech support at Storemapper was swift in their remedies and went out of their way to help me reconnect our site. Highly recommend! A+++

Very impressed! Super slick integration with Shopify and easy automation with Google Sheets. Lots of options for customisations too. The team is very helpful, they were happy to jump on a call and help with a new map within a day and came back to our emails within the hour. Thank you!

We have used Storemapper for several years now with BigCommerce. It always worked as it should, no hiccups. We recently changed website platforms and the customer service in the changeover was incredible. We're very happy to continue with Storemapper on our new website.

The map looks great on the website and we are happy with this program and the support offered. Pricing is fair as well for the customizable options.

Way too expensive for what it is. You're better off shopping around and getting a store locator that's half this price.

The app works great and the support is quick to answer any problems. We had a small issue with the display which was quickly fixed after sending a message to the developer. Strongly recommend.

We have had StoreMapper installed on our site for a while. It has always been one of those apps that works as expected and we don't check it's functionality that often. We recently had some API connector issues and Philly jumped on a call with me right away and got it resolved in minutes. She was super helpful and responsive. Great service!!

We recently ran into some issues with the storemapper app not functioning properly due to an API key error on our end. Philly was quick to respond and extremely helpful, responding to my emails promptly and walking me through how to fix the error.

As a new member of the team I was struggling to de-bug an issue we were having with Storemapper. Philly came back to me within 24 hours and was very patient and responsive - supporting me to get the issue resolved. The functionality is good and exactly what we need to help customers find out stockists. It also has several features in the back-end that Philly helped me to find which I'll also be exploring further. Overall exactly what you'd want from an app - good functionality and great support if you have an issue.

Does exactly what I needed it to do :) Displays all my locations on the map in an aesthetically pleasing way. Customer support is also amazing! Philly was able to help me out so much with getting everything to look exactly how I wanted it:)
