A very powerful tool especially when you need to work with large data sets. category customization is very useful when you need to segment out multiple locations. Overall a great tool and a very good CS team.

This app is very easy to use, and design, even if you don't know a whole lot about CSS. Their support team is ready to help. They are so nice and willing to help you design the map that fits your stores look and style. They get back to you super quick too. I 100% recommend this app!!

The app is great and when I've ever needed assistance, Iris has always gotten back to me with thorough and helpful responses. It's much appreciated that I know I can always count on a response that's not just referring me to read some doc. Iris is the BEST - and I'm partial since Iris is the team member I always seem to communicate with; I'm sure the entire team is amazing!

I use this app for our online store locator. It's very easy to use and integrate into your site. The app developer is extremely responsive and quick to address any call outs I have. Great experience overall.

Love the app. It allows us to track all of our stores which is important for our offline business because we have no "Freaker" storefronts. - In addition, customer service is outstanding. Took less than an hour for the team to respond and fix the issues that I was seeing.

We have a website that is FR & EN, and the store wasn't appearing properly when the website was in french. I then decided to email them to ask for help, and Iris from Storemapper was able to find what was the problem. I am really satisfied with the product and the help! I really recommend.

I like the app for tracking our retail partners. Love that you can customize it! My only feedback would be to make it white label at a lower cost please!

This app is great! We love the bulk upload option– saved us so much time! Just enough of personalization available, but not difficult to use!

We tried many different store locators for Shopify before we got this one. Great support and very flexible. We are a brick and mortar and an online store which has it's own set of challenges but this tool helped a lot. We have 6 stores and this handles them great.

We previously used Store Locator for our store, but as we grew, we needed an app that would provide more than 300 location without using geo-locate. StoreMapper is the answer to our problem! Thank you for the app!

The app is very useful not only to help your customers find the closest retailer/shop, but also to show off that you are a "big" brand already selling around that they can trust... I found great support when needed ( japanese addresses can drive you mad!!)

Here's why this is the best store location app in the Shopify App Store and in my opinion, the only one worth spending the time implementing. 1 - Tyler is dedicated to supporting his customers. He kept trying until he fixed our particular issues. It's IT. There are always issues. How those issues are dealt with is what's most important. 2 - It actually works. There's a competing product from one of the larger app providers and it had my stores in the wrong continent and some in the middle of the ocean. It took them several attempts over several weeks to fix and eventually they all had to have the latitude and longitude manually entered for each. That's a workaround. I want something that actually looks up the addresses correctly. Far less risky. There was also another competing product that didn't even open at all. 3 - There's an extremely useful feature that sets this apart from all the others (as far as I can tell and at the time of writing this) and that's the list of ungeocoded stores. The other app I tried didn't tell me there were any problems with my stores. If you have hundreds like us, it would take forever to check them all one at a time and the competing product didn't consider a store in the middle of the ocean to be incorrect anyway. With Tyler's app, I simply reviewed the list of ungeocoded stores one at a time and sure enough, each store in the list had a quirky bit of info in the address that was tripping up Google Maps. Once resolved, they're all working great. Thanks Tyler. Great stuff.
