We’ve been with Subi for about a year now, since B*ld changed their platform and it no longer suited our small subscription business, and it’s been really great. The team are always so helpful and quick to respond to any issues that crop up and are incredibly generous with their time and efforts, and the platform itself is really easy to use. Just recently, after helping with a tech issue, Nilou suggested a customisation change we could make for the front end and it was implemented within minutes after we finalised it which is really incredible.
