Very understanding and responsive customer service. I spoke with Rick after being assessed a charge for $79 while my store was being developed. The development team inadvertently selected the paid plan. But because we were not operating and generating revenue I want to save as much as possible and pay only when it was necessary. After explaining my situation Rick was kind and understanding and assessed me a refund. I look forward to using their service in the future once we deploy and are generating revenue!
