I’ve had such a positive experience with Subi so far. I’m a designer / dev testing the app for a client, and I accidentally upgraded and was charged the $69 fee before I was ready. I reached out hoping there might be some flexibility, and their team handled it with so much grace and understanding. Nilou was amazing to work with. She was super responsive, kind, and proactive from the start. She helped process a refund quickly, extended my testing period so I could properly evaluate the platform, gave me some helpful tips, and talked through pricing options for small and startup businesses. Nothing felt pushy or salesy, just super supportive and patient, and trust me, I had a lot of questions. She was also truly a joy to talk to and refreshingly human in a time where so much customer support is... not. The cat GIFs were also a highlight (a woman after my own heart). The customer service alone and their willingness to work with me is enough to make me want to go with them. I definitely felt that Nilou considered the specific needs of my customer and provided recommendations specific to them. As someone who recommends tools to clients, that level of care and detail matters so much. Subi is already a strong product, but their support makes them stand out even more. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone exploring memberships or subscriptions on Shopify.
