I'm a few months in, and mostly smooth sailing so far. A few caveats: 1) I hired some custom coding (outside of Subi) to get the subscription widgets to show in a more clear and effective manner. 2) Some things are a bit unclear or clunky at the outset, like payment reprocessing in the event of a failed payment. Their AI chatbot gave me a completely wrong answer regarding this the first time this occurred, resulting in me sending several duplicate shipments. 3) Once you get past the AI chatbot, most of the customer service team have been very helpful, with the exception of one guy who I just avoid if I see his name come up. But, given the complexity of handling subscriptions, this has been very serviceable, was relatively easy to set up, and has been fairly easy to maintain other than a clunky bit or two. A learning curve is to be expected when you dive into something like this.
