I have emailed two times in the last week, and I have yet to get a resolution to a problem (or even a response after the first email). I am still waiting for someone to reach out to me to fix an integration problem. I am unable to use features that I need, and it is costing me sales this holiday season The customer support used to be so good and fast, I do not know what happened.
