Customer service through live chat is relatively responsive and depending on the issue they are able to find a solution during the chat. If not, they make it clear they will follow up via email once the problem is solved. As a small business, the biggest gripe I have with Recharge is the cost. If there was some kind of tiered pricing based on subscriptions processed per month, it would make working as a small business more palatable.
