Recharge was wonderful and helpful. We had some surprise charges that Recharge handled and helped us with. One thing to note is that there is no phone support. All support is over email but they are quick to reply to emails. The other thing to note for small businesses is we recommend you review the bills each month to understand the charges and ask Recharge if there is something you don’t understand. They are great about explaining bills. There was a glitch where a customer ordered and shipping was not charged but it was supposed to be charged. We still don’t know why this happened so our recommendation is to talk to Recharge and find out the details about your account. Good luck to all the small businesses out there.
