Extremely disappointing service. We're attempting to migrate customers and keep hitting road-blocks for one reason or another. While Recharge themselves aren't responsible for the data being migrated, any support is slow and disjointed. There is minimal support offered at first point of contact (live chat), and they typically deflect to their documentation before moving you onto an email-based ticket. While the individual agents have been pleasant to deal with, responses here take an age (hours / days, NOT minutes), and none of the issues we are having have been resolved. I have had to explain the specific details of our migration several times, and several times relevant pieces of information have been missed / ignored, which in turn has affected the quality and accuracy of the support responses. I reached out to their platform of 'migration specialists' several days ago, and have had no response. So there doesn't appear to be anywhere else to turn. The process has been ongoing for almost 7 days now and we're no closer to a resolution. I am looking into Loop as they offer an onboarding call. If Recharge offered the same, I am confident all this could have been completed within a day or two.
