We had a problem with some product variants and emailed the support at Recharge. Meredith took over and after some explanations of what the problem was from our site... she just solved it, in under an hour. It takes days for other apps' developers to respond to support requests, but we know that when you use Recharge for your subscriptions, not only does everything work automatically but their support is top-notch!
