Oceanista review for Recharge Subscriptions

Zach and Bryan and the rest of the team that helped us migrate over, have been great to work with! It only took me a few weeks to migrate over! You just need to stay on top of both your old app and new app and make sure your .csv is staying up-to-date on two platforms side-by-side. Tedious? Yes! Especially if you don't know what you are doing. However, they explain everything and response time is FAST! Once we migrated over, small little issues arose but those were handled just as fast! After migration, I realized that my current Shopify theme wasn't looking too great and needed help switching themes. Well, once again, contacted Recharge and BOOM! - Bryan and his team helped me with integrating our new theme and adding the necessary widgets/links. Having the Recharge subscription app is like having a Mercedes Benz with their Top of the Line Service providers - making sure all the bells and whistles are working at Top Performance. Keep in mind we are a small company too! Recharge could have easily put us on the back burner knowing we aren't going to be making them much money anytime soon. (I know other apps that do this!)
