Great support team available at any time. Quick responses/actions within a day for every issue raised for resolution. We even got a special widget layout! There are still some wierd translation issues mainly on the app pages, which required a lot of translation work on my own, but c'est la vie. It's a free app. All in all, very happy for all the work they've done for us.

I've used this app twice now with two different websites. I'm not super tech savvy, so needed a little help both times, and was thrilled with the customer service response! Response times are short, and the CSA's are knowledgeable and friendly! Once the app is installed, it works like a charm. Highly recommend!
