I've moved over from another subscription app recently. I've had a great experience so far. Customer service has been excellent, you reach out on live chat within the app and get a very quick and personal response. They've assisted me with my migration from another app, and personalising my widget. Very happy and impressed so far.

Fantastic app and great support too! I am very new to subscriptions and had some great help from Cherose on their team to set it all up. Nothing was too much trouble. I also needed to learn the system and this was all explained to me. It is fantastic! Such a great way to offer our mystery boxes to our customers.

Amazing customer service

I had to use the chat feature to install the app, as my theme was an older one. Spoke to Kenan for a good half hour, and he fixed all the glitches and issues. He explained everything he had done, which was really useful. Brilliant experience.

Great support! Helped set everything up for me

Sanjay was able to do what I couldn't. He showed me the way through and through and fixed my issue. He was very patient, that is key!

I tried the big five in related apps and Subscription plus is were if hung my hat. No pay walls and the support is awesome (Thank you Sanjay).

Just downloaded the app - only took mins to install and setup. Ran into trouble with the widget showing and I assumed it was my theme. So I reached out to CS and asked that question. They asked for permission to go in and fix the theme for me. Within 10 mins we were all done and working properly. Would have taken me hours. Thank you so much for awesome CS.
