The support team with Subscription Plus are just superb. In a time when customer service seems sadly lacking with so many apps, the support team with Subscription Plus are simply excellent! Quick to respond, very helpful, patient and efficient in solving all issues, highly recommend this app.

Shruti and the team have been INCREDIBLE! They have worked with me to achieve something bespoke and unique to my store. Nothing was too much for them, and the team were super professional and really helpful. 100% recommend the Subscription Plus app. Thank you!

Ho riscontrato dei problemi durante l'inserimento del piano di abbonamento, ma appena ho contattato il servizio clienti sono stati velocissimi sia a rispondermi sia a risolvere il problema! Fantastici! Vediamo come procederà il funzionamento in futuro.

Amazing APP Easy to use and even when I had a issue they quickly hopped on a meeting to not only sort it out but train me to use the app specifically for my use.

They were quick to help even on a Sunday when I hit a wall trying to find the code section that was specified. They jumped right in and got me up and running in a few minutes on the website version I was working on. This builds trust for sure. And its nice that the app is free. Its the main reason I picked this app.

So far so great. I'm a very particular, nit-picky person and their team was so responsive and helpful. They were able to get the widget looking exactly how I wanted (after I kept changing my mind), set it all up, and help me roll over my existing subscriptions from my old service all super quickly.
