So far the help with start up configuration was great and seamless. I was guided through chat and screen shot/recordings. I will write a review later to explain my actual use of the app for team and customers.

So far so good. Customer service seems to be top grade but it is based out of the US which for customers in the US that might not be ideal since you are giving access to your store to foreign people. I will upgrade my review as soon as I give them a better looked and experienced their full service.
