Welcome Home Custom review for Appstle℠ Subscriptions App

Very frustrated with this app right now. The tags are not working properly. Customers are remaining tagged as active after they cancel. I have over 50 instances of this happening in the recent months causing all kinds of headaches. I can clearly see the activity logs and the breakdown, but their developers simply state they can't recreate the issue. Pretty unfortunate as I have been with them for years... and pay for the business plan.
