I must upgrade to business to cancel some fraudulent orders. Almost impossible to downgrade or cancel app subscription.
Incredibly impressed with this app so far! The customer service was incredible during set up; quick, easy, and to the point! I am truly impressed!

It is a little confusing at first when you’re just starting but after you learn the app it’s pretty simple. I’m someone who isn’t the best with technology. I asked for help from customer support and they were very quick, helpful, and friendly. Would recommend!

Arvin was extremely helpful, especially having this be my first time sending and setting up a subscription he was very detailed and helped me with setup and explanations. Would highly recommend!!

I switched from another subscription app that I used for a little while, I felt that this one is much faster and their support is also much more responsive. So far I have really enjoyed it and appreciate the appearance of it much more. Looks very clean and well integrated.

I've had the Appstle subscription app now for a few months. Although we haven't had a huge amount of subscriptions signed up to, so this is only what I know from a few months and maybe a dozen subscriptions, it seems to work well. The support that I've gotten from Appstle setting it up and working with it has been absolutely perfect, so they have my full support.

Chat support was fast and very helpful. I'm visual, so very much appreciated screenshots to see where I needed to land. They offered to also do it on my behalf if I couldn't manage, but the instructions were super clear so I was equipped to execute. The agent seems to be browsing my website to find any other opportunities to support while they had me on the line. 10/10
