Aaron was not only very friendly but quick to respond and provide solutions. He also noticed where my store was missing out/lacking features and made suggestions and offered to make updates I didn't know needed updating or were even an option!

Im super happy with the app and service, it’s easy to use, and i like that my clients can easily pause their subscription when needed. Very user friendly for both me and my clients. And whenever I’ve needed help when stuck with setting something up, their customer service is always on point and super helpful and friendly. Recently had Devin work on something for me and it was so smooth and easy to get it done.

Support (Adam) was great! I was having styling issues with the subscription widget on various pages. He was able to quickly applied CSS styles to fix them. He also helped configured the email notification templates. Saved me a lot of time.

Appstl team is very responsive and helpful and even looking to improve how the app looks and works on my specific website. They provide screenshots and screen recordings to help me understand what they are suggesting or to help me troubleshoot. So great!

I typically don't care to leave reviews, however, the support I received from Alden today was UNMATCHED. Not only has the Appstle app itself been pretty easy to navigate on my own, I was confused about a few wordings within my plan, and needed some assistance with changing my renewal date due to me inputting the wrong settings (oops). Alden went ABOVE and BEYOND for me. He answered all my questions with kindness and value. He even sent me videos of my dashboard to help me understand better! I truly appreciate the support I received from Alden today. I normally roll my eyes when I have to contact support within companies, and I left grinning ear to ear after ending our chat. This is my first month with Appstle from transitioning from a VERY popular subscription app with Shopify, and I am so confident I will be sticking around. Thank you Alden!
