Incredibly fast with getting my problem solved. Definition of handling an issue on the fly and doing so with kindness and politeness. The interaction was stellar and I had two fixes done in less than three minutes.

I switched from another subscription service to this one, and so far it has been amazing. Support responds within 1-2 minutes in a little chat bubble, they are able to go into the Shopify store if you allow access to make changes/ help migrate other accounts, and they go above in beyond with screenshots and personalized tutorials if more assistance is needed. The interface allows for full customization, and the price point is better than most other apps. I highly recommend this app!

Support is excellent. Jade was super helpful and even suggested things for me to change, offering to make the changes for me. Can’t recommend enough!

I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with every person at appstle that has helped me. They have helped with custom configuration, figuring out set up and answering every question I have had quickly. May be one of the best service level apps I've experienced and I've experienced many. This team is amazing! The app is easy to use and does everything you need. Even if you get confused, the support team will jump on and ensure everything is configured exactly the way you want. It is a super affordable option and it integrates with their bundles app too. Highly recommend!

Onboarding and migration were easy, and the chat support has been incredible. Very happy with the App so far! Excited to save some money from our previous subscription app cost, while still being able to provide a seamless subcription expereince to our customers.

Customer Service is top notch, I really appreciate the above and beyond service. I had a question about a specific set up for my online store and recieved detail instructions for how to set it up. Also they provided a complimentary widget "clean up" to make it more on brand for me.
