They have been a good company and even when I uninstalled the app by mistake their dedicated team and system were able to restore everything without issue...as though it hadn't happened. It could use some work on the end user side of things but I have liked it thus far.

I've managed to set up a SaaS style subscription service on my store for digital products. There are a couple limitations but if you spend the time and figure out what those limitations are you can design your subscription product to work for digital SaaS. Appstle has great customer support. They are very responsive and always willing to help with tricky questions. So far this has been a good choice for us and our business.

The app is good. However, to improve further (5 star), you should allow free users to delete their subscribers. This feature is crucial as sometimes we have clients who wants to delete their subscription. Nevertheless, i was quite impressed by Brooks who handled my queries on deleting my current subscribers. He was very prompt and helpful. If being asked if i would recommend this app, i said 100%, yes.

I switched to Appstle several months ago. I think I'm still getting used to it. The customer service and support is very good. I usually get a quick response. The downside is there seems to be less features like skipping a delivery, etc. Items/orders instead need to be cancelled and re-added. Also, there is no easy way to combine orders like in other Apps.
Dear Merchant, Thank you for your feedback. We do support merging orders and skipping delivery. However, in Shopify, a subscription can not have multiple frequencies. Hence, we can only merge subscriptions that have the same frequency. Please feel free to reach out anytime for assistance. We are available 24x7x365.

The technical people are very helpful. What I need has to be a paid plan although I have never tried subscription before. It is a bit of commitment.

Noch nicht viele Erfahrungen gemacht, die Installation und Erstellung eines Aboplans war einfach. Es gab Probleme, dass das Abo auf der PLP nicht angezegit wurde, aber der support hat dann geholfen :)

Appstle does deliver pretty decent and robust control of subscription accounts to customers. The support is great and any issue is handled pretty darn fast which I REALLY appreciate - so 5 stars on customer service. My only constructive criticism would be that the admin side of Appstle is not accessible on mobile screens. As the customer service person working remote I am not always at a desktop and having access via phone would be a plus. It's not a deal breaker by any means. Good job to Appstle team!

The support I get from this app is great, they will always provide the knowledge and resolve issues as best as possible. The app ticks all the boxes for me in terms of providing a subscription.

I'm just getting started, but so far I'm impressed with the response rate of the Merchant Success Engineers! I love that they respond within 3ish minutes. I especially have appreciated the support from Mia and Sean - they were quick to provide code for hyperlinks and offer suggestions on how I could make this work for my subscription offering. I look forward to seeing this up and running!

I have been pretty happy with this application. There was a bit of a learning curve since this was the first "monthly club" I have set up. When I have questions, they are pretty quick and easy to work with via a live chat. I would recommend this application.

Customer service has been responsive and helpful when I have needed to reach out. Sometimes I am frustrated that I have to reach out to customer service. For example, we recently changed our theme for our website, and the theme did not automatically pull over all of the necessary elements from our customer portal (we were missing the "manage subscriptions" button). This was not a fix I could do on my own - nor was it something that I realized was a problem until a customer reached out, which doesn't help my company's image. Sometimes it feels like there are too many options and apps in Shopify, and it is difficult to anticipate how one change might impact other elements. I acknowledge that this is difficult to manage on the tech side - especially among multiple entities, and it is still frustrating as a business owner. Mostly, I think it is a helpful app. Aside from this recent frustration the only other wish that I have for the app is a way to export future orders (knowing that people can always pause or skip), but this function would be helpful in forecasting.

This app is great for offering a subscription, however I think there could a better explanation as to what "cutoff" days means.

We have been using this app for over 12 months, it is user friendly for both parties. If we've had any queries where we have needed help, we've jumped on the chat and received a real person in the live chat and been sorted very quickly. Great service, thanks
