I'm brand new to the app and was SHOCKED when I needed help with some customizations and the chat was so easy to find and Brooks was there in 2 minutes. Brooks went back and forth with me on the customizations I needed until they were exactly how I want it. It's a beautiful app and integrated seamlessly with my 3rd party Shopify theme.
