We don’t leave a lot of reviews, but when an app’s support team is this good, you kind of have to. We’ve been using Appstle Subscriptions for about 2.5 years now, and it’s been consistently solid. The app itself is user-friendly and relatively easy to configure. The widgets are fully customizable, the customer portal is smooth, and once you get it dialed in, you can basically set it and forget it—which is exactly what you want from a subscription app. What really makes Appstle stand out, though, is the support team. They’re fast, thorough, and genuinely helpful. Instead of sending over some vague help doc, they actually take the time to look into your question and respond with step-by-step instructions. A lot of times, they’ll even record a Loom video walking you through everything, sometimes custom just for your issue. That kind of support is rare. They’ve even built features or made updates based on things we’ve asked about. Most apps would just tell you to submit a feature request and hope for the best, but Appstle actually listens—and they follow through, often way faster than expected. We’ve had very few issues in the time we’ve used it, but anytime something did come up, it was resolved quickly. They also made switching from our previous subscription app really easy and handled the import of existing subscribers with no drama. Highly recommend.
