We offer one of the most comprehensive customer portal. However, since you're using the Shopify Customer Account Pages approach, the Manage Subscription button needs to be manually added. This button wasn’t configured on your account page, which is why customers couldn’t manage their subscriptions directly. We’ve now gone ahead and integrated the Manage Subscription button on your account page. Once a customer logs into their account on your Shopify store, they’ll see the button and can manage their subscription with ease.
