They promise "hands on migration service" but in reality they just tell you to figure it out by yourself. - I was asked to contact Shopify support to figure out importing of customers. Instead of "hands on" guidance from the support - I had to figure out exporting data from previous payment processors as Appstle documentation was out of date - I was also asked to contact WooCommerce Subscriptions support to figure out how to export subscriptions data from our old platform.
