Customer service DOES exist. I was able to jump on a chat with Sebastian and he confirmed and directed me with screen shots and guidance to ensure our first attempt at a subscription model was set up based on the parameters I was trying to achieve. I'm a novice, but it's set up like a pro! That you Apostle for having a robust yet simple system that makes it easy for a non-developer like me.
