I cannot say enough about how grateful I am for the incredible support I received. Every engineer I interacted with was amazing, especially Shane and Kate. Their patience and experience truly stood out. Chat support is not usually my preference but this experience completely exceeded my expectations. They were thorough and kind and took the time to make sure I understood everything. I never felt rushed and they genuinely cared about resolving my concerns.
