I was apprehensive at first. I am NOT technically skilled and setting up a website through shopify has been scary and time consuming to say the least (and I know they make it as easy as possible). When Shopify subscriptions no longer met my needs for my product I asked ChatGPT for suggestions on a paid app that would do what I needed and Appstle was the top recommendation so I decided to try it. I am so happy I did! I was worried about losing customers during the transition but the staff literally does the migration for you! They are ALWAWS available by chat and email and you are actually speaking with a human being (or at least a damn great bot that fooled me if it isn't). They immediatey answered my questions, suggested small modifications, sent me a personal "how to"video using my actual site page, and even suggested I downgrade to a lower plan so I wasn't paying for options that I didn't need on my site. That kind of customer service is unheard of these days and they have 100% earned my trust and my business moving forward.
