I hit my very first issue and after fumbling around for almost an hour trying to resolve it, I finally decided to press the little "click here" button for tech support. Boy am I glad that I did! Alden was an amazing tech and it took him only 4 minutes to resolve my issue. He is one of the members of the dedicated team of 15 merchant success engineers (spread across 4 countries) working hard around the clock to make sure that users of Appstle are fully supported and I can now attest to that!
