I’ve worked with a lot of Shopify apps over the years, and Appstle Bundles has honestly been one of the best support experiences I’ve had. We’re currently building a very customized “Build Your Own Box” experience for a major campaign for our brand, and Stefan went above and beyond to help bring the vision to life. He was patient, responsive, and willing to make every adjustment I requested until the page looked and functioned exactly the way we needed it to. What really stood out was that he didn’t just give generic support replies - he actually took the time to understand the customer experience we were trying to create. He even implemented custom coding adjustments for our bundle page to help everything feel cleaner, more polished, and easier for customers to use.
