We migrated our subscription system from another platform to Appstle, and honestly the level of support exceeded all expectations. The product itself works very well, but what really makes the difference is the team behind it. Nick and the Appstle team supported us through a complex migration involving imported subscriptions, customer portal configuration, translations, billing logic, CSV imports, date format issues (EU vs US), data validation, testing, and post-migration checks. What impressed me the most was that this was not automated support or copy-paste replies. Real people took ownership, understood the business context, investigated issues deeply, made changes directly when needed, and worked side by side with us until everything was correct. They even helped configure and localize the customer portal, reviewed migration errors one by one, fixed edge cases, and stayed available throughout the process. Special thanks to Nick for the patience, technical knowledge, and willingness to help even on details that were beyond basic support. Complex migrations are stressful, but Appstle made the process feel controlled and safe. Highly recommended
