More importantly, if there's something you want changed, they'll not only walk you through the process, and stay with you and double check, but they'll also just do it for you if you ask. No 20 minute wait. The most I've waited for support is 3 minutes. We set up an initial subscription and then wanted to include a different subscription with a different time frame and different percentage off, and they made sure both showed accurately. Very pleased!
