Shane was absolutely outstanding throughout my support experience. He not only helped resolve every issue I brought to him, but also proactively identified potential problems and considerations I hadn’t even thought of yet. What really stood out was how knowledgeable he is about the product, how quickly he responded, and how willing he was to go the extra mile to make sure everything was set up correctly. He was patient, thorough, and easy to work with from start to finish. It’s not often you get support that’s both technically strong and genuinely helpful, but Shane nailed both.
