Very responsive support. Very willing to jump in and problem solve, re-configure. Great to deal with. Product is feature rich. There's some quirks when you start doing more complicated things (offering a bonus product at a purchase threshold with a seperate free shipping threshold) but great that the combination of appstle products can handle it
