Extremely responsive! We really like this app. We switched from another subscription app because it was just too cumbersome to enter data every month. Appstle is so much easier and any time we've had a question or needed help, someone connected to the chat almost immediately. They've even gone so far as to suggest improvements to our messaging AND they even made the change for us. I highly recommend this app!
