After more than 5 years of using Sufio, we are now forced to find another solution. The reason for this is that basic services are now only available with a professional subscription. In addition, there have been problems with DMARC blocking on Sufio, which has made it even more difficult to use. We are disappointed that we have to look for a new provider after such a long time.

Regarding the email sending issue, we want to clarify that it was not caused by a Sufio system error. The problem arose after a strict DMARC policy was implemented on your domain. Because Sufio sends emails on your behalf, this policy requires specific authorization to allow us to continue doing so. We offered solutions to address this, but unfortunately, we didn't receive a response. We hope your new provider will be able to meet your expectations and provide the service you need.
