Excellent customer service. Veronika was quick in answering my emails concerning some setup issues I was having. She even suggested some improvements I could make. Wish all apps had such great customer service!

I should say that you’re a great partner for businesses like us. I’m extremely impressed how you handle our requests and flex the features based on our needs. I asked for a basic feature — setting default payment terms per client. They admitted it's possible but said I’d need to upgrade to their premium plan, which is 3x more expensive. So they can do it, but they just want to charge way more for something simple. Feels like they’re forcing you to pay extra for functionality they already have, not recommended.
Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration but we want to clarify that Sufio currently does not support assigning payment terms per client. This feature isn’t available on any of our plans, and it isn't just a case of restricting a functionality to higher tiers—it simply doesn’t exist in our app at this time. For this reason, we recommend managing client-specific payment terms directly within Shopify, which offers more flexibility. Thank you, however, for highlighting this need. We’ll keep it in mind as we continue to improve the Sufio app.
